
Under Profile Name
Either give the email address or any name that can be associated with this particular email address. For eg. Official, Personal etc

Click Add a new email account and Next >

Click POP3 in Server Type and Next >

In User Information
Under Your Name – Give Your Email Address >Under Email Address - Give Your Email Address.
In Logon Information
Give Your Email address under User Name and fill in account password.
In Server Information
Check with ASPGulf support team & give the exact server name for Incoming mail server (POP3) and Outgoing mail server (SMTP).
Click More Settings...

Click on Outgoing Server
Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication check box > Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server > Once all information is entered, click on OK button to complete setup >

Optional > If you want to save a copy of your mails in the server
Click Advanced >

Check Leave a Copy of messages on the server > ok
