Standby Continuous Replication (SCR)

As the name implies, Standby Continuous Replication (SCR) facilitate standby recovery servers by extending the continuous replication features. It too uses the same log shipping and replay technology used by LCR and CCR to provide added deployment options and data availability scenarios.

Characteristics

  • Configure multiple replication targets per storage group
  • Administrators can manage the in-built delay feature for replay activity for preventing replication any logical corruption from source to target database
