ITQAN was a pioneer to ride on the e-business and Internet wave. In the year 2000, it was awarded the largest e-commerce infrastructure project for Comtrust; this project was implemented in partnership with prestigious international system integrators and consultants. As the market evolved, ITQAN re-positioned its portfolio offerings and re-structured the organization to redirect its focus into the application solutions business. In the year 2000 it started to offer implementation services for online government services, document management & healthcare management solutions, which raised the value addition content of Itqan.
